Travel Policy:

Travel within 25 miles of Harvester is included.

Beyond 25 miles, travel is billed at $1.00 per performer, per mile (one way), based on Google Maps distance.

Deposit & Payment:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
  • Remaining balance due upon performer’s arrival.
  • Payment accepted via cash or check to: Mike Floden Latona Floden

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days before your event receive a full refund of the deposit.

All cancellations must be made in writing or emailed to mafloden@yahoo.com.

Force Majeure: If the event cannot occur due to unforeseen circumstances (acts of nature, government restrictions, etc.), the performance may be rescheduled subject to availability or canceled without any additional payment due. The deposit remains non-refundable.
